Multi-functional current measurement
The testo 770-3 current clamp is ideal for demanding measurement tasks in confined spaces. The movable gripping claw can be fully retracted into the instrument, making it possible to grip tightly bundled cables.
Thanks to improved resolution, highly accurate results are obtained even in the lower current range. The new testo 770-3 also has an extended voltage measurement range of up to 1000 V.
In addition, more specialized applications can be handled with the current clamp, such as starting current, power and μA measurements. An optional thermocouple sensor adapter is available, which can be used to measure both electrical parameters and temperatures (compatible type K sensor ordered separately).
The clamp ammeter automatically detects and selects AC/DC and other parameters, such as resistance, continuity, diode and capacitance. This makes handling easier and more reliable than ever before.
The measured values can be clearly shown on the display of the current clamp and in the testo Smart app. testo 770-3 can be quickly and easily connected to the testo Smart app and other Testo instruments via Bluetooth. In the app, you can display the measurement curve as a graph on your smartphone/tablet and save and send the measurement values directly in a report.
