DM32X pressure gauge
The DM32X has a more streamlined and ergonomic design than its predecessor, the DM32. It features color-coded connections and a high-resolution touchscreen with real-time display of pressure value curves, giving a better picture of the process. You can also choose from several logging options. The meter features fast 3A charging and data transfer via USB-C and can be connected via Wi-Fi and Ethernet. The meter also has integrated apps for density testing and training. The display shows photorealistic images of all devices and measurement areas.

The fan
The robust fan (with a 10-year warranty on the shell) is precision-calibrated, has large, easy-to-grip knobs and molded handles. It weighs no more than 3.5 kg and can be easily carried with one hand. Thanks to its design, it converts more of its power into efficient airflow, resulting in lower operating temperatures. When measuring low airflows, a special end plate can be fitted, into which different airflow plugs can be placed to change the measuring range. Color-coded connections facilitate connection.

The aluminum frame
The aluminum frame was designed for airtightness testing in extremely tight passive houses and has square corners that provide full sealing at the four corners of the doorway. The parts are numbered for easy installation in the shortest possible time.

SmartCloth – new door cloth
Retrotec SmartCloth is a real industry breakthrough. It’s an upgrade to Retrotec’s standard door cloth with a built-in bias hose that dampens the effects of wind. SmartCloth allows for a more accurate pressure value in windy conditions. This offers advantages over traditional methods where a reference tube is placed outdoors on the ground.

Software
The delivery includes a demo of the Fantestic PC software for Windows that you can use for 30 days. The software is used to remotely control the pressure gauge from a computer and perform both automatic and semi-automatic air tightness tests, generate automatic test reports, update the software in the pressure gauge, etc.

To illustrate the method, you can look at the pictures below. They are regular pictures of an attic hatch and a corner of a room, and IR pictures of the same places with a Blower Door running. It becomes particularly clear where cold air has the opportunity to get in through leaks in the construction. The testo 860i thermal imaging camera allows you to include this type of image in your report as it takes a regular image with an integrated digital camera at the same time as the IR image.

Tiny S is a smoke machine that is ideal for airflow measurements and leak testing with a Blower Door. Very good performance can be achieved. The dimensions of the Tiny S are really compact (L=10.3 cm, W=5.1 cm, H=3.5 cm). In addition to the fluid reservoir, the battery can be screwed directly into the machine. Therefore, no external cables or fluid pipes are needed, making the Tiny S a single component.

With its small dimensions and low weight of only 250 grams (including battery and container), this small machine can easily be used where small amounts of smoke are needed. The heart of the machine is a microprocessor that controls the smoke emission. The latest technology opens up a wide range of applications. A compact battery that screws into the machine delivers 3.7 volts. Thanks to intelligent control electronics, the battery only delivers power when needed. Therefore, the time the machine can deliver smoke increases significantly compared to other battery-powered smoke machines.

Governance

The Tiny S is triggered by a start button integrated in the lid. It is also possible to trigger the smoke machine with the supplied remote cable.

Minimal fluid consumption
