It is a highly accurate instrument and can be ordered with one of 16 different measurement ranges, from 0 &#8230; 50 Pa up to -2 000 &#8230; 2 000 hPa. The instrument has no zero drift due to the automatic zeroing. It also has no temperature dependency as zeroing is done at process temperature. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The testo 6381 transmitter series is specially designed for cleanroom applications and various hygiene zones in hospitals, for example. Maintaining an overpressure prevents pollutants from entering sensitive areas. It is also possible to connect external wall or duct sensors for measuring moisture values. If necessary, it is also possible to calculate air flows by measuring the differential pressure in a pitot tube (prandtl tube).</p>
<p>The testo 6381 is one of the most accurate instruments and there are 18 different measurement ranges to choose from when ordering, from 0 &#8230; 10 Pa up to -1,000 &#8230; 1,000 hPa. Thanks to the automatic zeroing, there is no zero point drift. This transmitter also has no temperature dependency as zeroing is done at the process temperature. It also has a very good overpressure protection of 140% of the measuring range, as well as alarm management with adjustable response time and alarm acknowledgement.</p>

testo 6383 is specially designed to be installed in cleanroom applications and various hygiene zones in hospitals. It is one of the most accurate instruments and there are 10 different measurement ranges to choose from when ordering, from 0 &#8230; 10 Pa up to -10 &#8230; +10 hPa. Thanks to the automatic zeroing, there is no zero point drift. This transmitter also has no temperature dependency as zeroing is done at the process temperature. It also has a very good overpressure protection of 140% of the measuring range, as well as alarm management with adjustable response time and alarm acknowledgement. Optional temperature and relative humidity sensors can also be connected to the transmitter.</p>

<p>In industrial companies, compressed air is an important energy source with high consumption costs. With Testo flow transmitters you get a very accurate measurement of compressed air consumption, allowing you to identify the potential for energy savings and lower costs. The flow transmitters can also be used for a targeted implementation of an environmental management system &#8211; e.g. according to ISO 50001 or ISO 14001.</p>
<p>Another application is leakage monitoring in compressed air systems. The flow transmitter can also be used to perform a peak load analysis to determine if compressed air is being generated with sufficient capacity. The newly developed &#8220;all-in-one sensor&#8221; records not only compressed air consumption and temperature, but also pressure, eliminating the need for a separate pressure measurement.</p>
<p>The flow transmitters of the testo 645X family use the calorimetric measurement principle, which makes additional pressure and temperature measurements unnecessary. In addition, there is no wear and tear on moving parts.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The testo 6456 flow transmitter is available in versions for pipe diameters DN 65 to DN 250 and is used for measuring, monitoring and reporting compressed air consumption and thus also detecting leaks in compressed air systems, cost allocation according to consumption and peak load management.</p>
<p>The testo 6456 flow transmitter measures the standard air flow in compressed air according to the calorimetric principle, which means that the measurement method is independent of the process pressure and does not cause any permanent pressure loss.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The testo 6457 flow transmitter is used for measuring, monitoring and logging compressed air consumption and is therefore the ideal measuring instrument for detecting leaks in compressed air systems, allocating costs based on consumption and performing peak load management.</p>
<p>The testo 6457 measures the standard air flow in the compressed air according to the calorimetric principle, which means that the measurement method is independent of the process pressure and does not cause any permanent pressure loss.</p>
<p>The testo 6457 flow transmitter has a patented quick coupling, which allows the sensor to be removed under pressure. This is a great advantage, especially in the case of larger nominal widths, as these often involve main lines that do not allow pressure relief for maintenance purposes.</p>
