										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The testo 6457 flow transmitter is used for measuring, monitoring and logging compressed air consumption and is therefore the ideal measuring instrument for detecting leaks in compressed air systems, allocating costs based on consumption and performing peak load management.</p>
<p>The testo 6457 measures the standard air flow in the compressed air according to the calorimetric principle, which means that the measurement method is independent of the process pressure and does not cause any permanent pressure loss.</p>
<p>The testo 6457 flow transmitter has a patented quick coupling, which allows the sensor to be removed under pressure. This is a great advantage, especially in the case of larger nominal widths, as these often involve main lines that do not allow pressure relief for maintenance purposes.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The mobile compressed air flow transmitter testo 6448 is used for the determination, monitoring, control and reporting of compressed air consumption and thus for the determination of leakage in compressed air systems, as well as consumption-based cost allocation and peak load management.</p>

<li>The backstop and ball valve ensure quick and safe installation and de-installation of the compressed air sensor on site. This means that several sites can be covered by one sensor.</li>
<li>Maximum flexibility thanks to different signal outputs:<br />
&#8211; Analog output 4 to 20 mA (4-wire)<br />
&#8211; Pulse output<br />
&#8211; 2 binary outputs (parameterizable: consumption- or volume flow-dependent, opening, closing, hysteresis, window)</li>

<p>The probe is optimized for easy, safe and quick installation and can be used for measurements on different pipe diameters. An optimal drilling clamp enables precise positioning of the sensor without the need for welding.</p>
<p>The respective supply line may remain under pressure when installing this drill clamp or during maintenance / replacement of the sensor (normal operating conditions). A ball valve allows the compressed air line to be closed securely and airtight when removing the sensor and when reinstalling it.</p>
