The testo 270 BT reliably measures the percentage of “Total Polar Materials” (TPM) in the frying oil and displays the result as a percentage. Thanks to the app connection, you can seamlessly transfer your measurement results to your smartphone or tablet to ensure error-free and digital documentation. Get instant alerts and recommendations based on your TPM measurements to optimize the quality of your frying oil.

The colored display illumination* clearly indicates the status of the oil: green for a passing result, orange for a critical value and red for exceeded limits. Define individual TPM limits and secure key instrument configurations with a PIN code to prevent accidental changes.

testo 270 BT maintains its proven characteristics:
