testo DataControl for testo 400 can be used for customer and measurement site management and has advanced analysis and archiving functions. If you already have an existing version installed on your PC, it will be updated to the latest version.

Measuring air velocity and correctly calculating airflow at ventilation devices can be a challenge. The turbulence created here and different flow directions make accurate measurement difficult. The compact vane anemometer testo 417 in a set of two measuring nozzles has been developed to make it as easy as possible for you to take measurements on supply and exhaust air devices. The integrated 100 mm vane senesor ensures fast and accurate results. Time and point averages and airflow are automatically calculated in the instrument and shown on the display. This allows for efficient adjustment of ventilation systems and ensures precise control of exhaust air in particular, as well as coarser control of supply air.

The measuring set contains two measuring nozzles for supply and extract air valves. These are easily mounted on the vane sensor and cover a wide range of air diffusers.

The vane anemometer testo 417 with an integrated 100 mm vane measures air speed, air flow and temperature simultaneously. The nozzles in the measuring set allow for precise measurement of the air flow at ventilation devices. The calculated airflow is shown directly on the airflow meter display. The flow direction, i.e. supply or extract air, is also shown on the display. Calculation of time and point averages gives an indication of the average airflow and air velocity. The testo 417 air flow meter displays min/max values and the hold function makes it possible to retain the current measured value. The illuminated display allows you to perform your measurements even in poorly lit environments.

This measuring set means you’re ready to get started: the testo 417 is easily fitted to the end of the stick using a quick release. Once you have selected the shock factor on the vane anemometer, you are ready to start the measurement.
