The testo 176 P1 data logger is ideal when you need to document environmental conditions in a laboratory, for example. It has an integrated highly accurate sensor that measures absolute pressure in the range from 600 mbar up to 1100 mbar. In addition, up to two humidity/temperature sensors can be connected to this 5-channel logger. There is a wide range of sensors to choose from for this purpose. The included lock protects your data logs from unauthorized access.

Safe and practical

testo 176 P1 is a data logger for absolute pressure, temperature and humidity. It is based on modern measurement technology and ensures high data security and reliable measurement results. With the humidity and temperature sensors connected, the data logger also shows the dew point in the display, in addition to the current measured values. You can easily read the set limits, minimum and maximum values, alarms and remaining battery life on the large display. In other words, you don’t need to read out the measured values to a PC to get a quick overview. Thanks to the large memory of 2 million readings and a battery life of up to 8 years, you can take readings less frequently. The standard (AA) battery can also be easily changed by the user.

Configuration and analysis

When it comes to configuring and reading the data logger and analyzing the measurement data on a PC, there are three software versions to choose from:

• ComSoft Basic – can be downloaded free of charge from the Download tab – for quick configuration of the data logger and easy analysis of measurement data.
• ComSoft Professional – optional – offers various possibilities for detailed analysis of absolute pressure, temperature and humidity.
• ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 – optional – the optimal choice for the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with CFR 11 Part 11.

To configure the data logger you need a USB cable which is not included in the delivery.

Saved measurement data can be transferred from the data logger to a PC, but can also be done with a USB cable or with an SD memory card. You can order both as accessories.

The Celsicom DP600 data logger measures the difference between two pressures, e.g. be pressure differences in homes or production facilities. Measurements are automatically transmitted via the mobile network to the Celsiview cloud service, where you can follow the measurements in real time, get alerts if something deviates and create reports – no matter where you are.

The DP600 can also be used to monitor a filter, in order to receive an alarm when the filter becomes clogged. Alarms are sent via email (included) or SMS (optional). Note! If a measuring hose or measuring hook is connected to the instrument, the hose/hook may be a maximum of 1.0 m long and must have an internal diameter of at least 3.0 mm.

Backup memory

Celsicom V600 is a special development of the Celsicom monitoring system. The measuring instrument is designed with a focus on fast and efficient adjustment of ventilation. The meter is connected, wireless and powered by two standard, replaceable AA batteries. The operating time is around 150 hours (depending on ambient temperature, signal strength and battery quality). You have the option to add sensors to the V600 to monitor additional quantities such as temperature, humidity, radon and CO2. Note! If a measuring hose or measuring hook is connected to the instrument, the hose/hook may be a maximum of 1.0 m long and must have an internal diameter of at least 3.0 mm.

Simplified tuning using your mobile phone

The V600 reference sensor meter allows you to make a ventilation adjustment completely on your own. Just connect the meter to the reference device and you are ready to start measuring.

Clear interface

On the Celsiview mobile website, enter the K-factor and the projected flow of the reference device. The adjustment is made according to the proportionality principle. That is, the mobile shows the reference device’s flow as a percentage of the projected flow and what flow the other devices should be adjusted to. If there is a change in pressure, the values are recalculated within seconds, so you always have up-to-date measurement data from the reference air outlet meter. The interface can be set to display the flow in l/s or m³/h and the pressure in Pa on the sensors.

Easy to get started

To start using the Celsicom V600, simply scan the QR code inside the meter and log in (or create an account) to the Celsiview cloud service where you also register the hardware. Shortly afterwards, you can easily make the settings and start the adjustment work via your mobile.
