If you need a measuring instrument for accurate temperature measurement or if you want to measure the temperature in several places at the same time, the testo 735-1 is the perfect equipment for you. The large selection of optional sensors enables flexible use of the temperature measuring instrument, for example to calibrate stationary temperature sensors, in the electronics and food industry or in laboratories.

Measures surface, air and core temperatures – in up to 6 locations simultaneously

Whether your work involves core temperatures, surface temperatures or air temperatures – choose the temperature sensors that are right for you from our wide range of sensors and measure the temperature at up to six locations simultaneously with the testo 735-1. The temperature meter has one input for connecting a highly accurate Pt100 sensor and two inputs for connecting K, T, J and S thermocouple sensors.

Also benefit from wireless measurement data transmission via radio. The optional radio module allows you to receive readings from up to three additional radio temperature sensors. The radio sensors transmit temperature values to the instrument over a distance of up to 20 meters (line of sight).

Accurate temperature measurement with Pt100 sensor

With Pt100 technology, you can achieve highly accurate temperature measurements with the testo 735-1. High precision dip/insert sensors achieve a system accuracy of up to 0.05°C with a resolution of 0.001°C. The temperature measuring instrument is therefore ideally suited for use as a working reference when calibrating stationary temperature sensors.

The testo 735-1 temperature meter meets several different standards

The testo 735-1 not only displays temperatures in real time. It also shows min/max and average values on the instrument display. When two temperature sensors are connected, the temperature meter calculates the differential temperature and displays it as delta-T. In addition, an audible alarm sounds when the readings fall below or exceed your set alarm limits. The display illumination enables clear reading of measured values even in dark environments. The testo 735-1 is also waterproof according to protection class IP65, is tested according to EN 13485, is HACCP compliant and has international HACCP certification.

Documentation of measurement data with Testo’s high-speed printers

If you need to document measured temperature values, these can be easily transferred from the testo 735-1 to the testo rapid printer via Bluetooth.
Also use the handy cyclical print function. It allows not only the printing of individual measurements but also a whole series of measurements at freely adjustable intervals (e.g. once a minute). We recommend using the testo 735-2 to save, document and archive measurement data. This temperature meter also has a built-in memory and PC software.

The testo 735-2 is a digital multi-channel thermometer that has a wide range of applications. This is hardly a surprise given that you can use it for virtually any type of temperature measurement such as core temperatures, air temperatures, surface temperatures, liquid media, etc. It is also perfect as a reference thermometer as it can measure with an accuracy of up to 0.05°C with a high accuracy Pt100 sensor. You can also connect three more external radio temperature sensors wirelessly, giving you a total of 6 measurement channels.

Wide range of sensors, accurate measurement results on up to 6 channels

The testo 735-2 professional thermometer has a sensor connection for a highly accurate Pt100 sensor and two connections for fast thermocouple sensors of type K, T, J and S. In total, you can connect 6 sensors, including 3 wireless radio sensors, to the instrument and show the values on the display. There is a wide range of insertion sensors, air temperature sensors, surface temperature sensors to help you make quick and accurate temperature measurements on a variety of surfaces and media.

The high-accuracy Pt100 sensor (0614 0235) for dip and insertion measurements has a system accuracy of 0.05 °C and a resolution of 0.001 °C. The testo 735-2 is therefore ideal for use as a reference thermometer.

The testo 735-2 temperature meter has a logging function

The accurate temperature meter testo 735-2 not only allows you to perform fast and accurate temperature measurements, it also allows you to log up to 10,000 measurement values, create up to 99 measurement locations and multiple user profiles. In addition, you can save individual measurement blocks or measurement series for each measurement location and select logging intervals between 0.5 seconds and 24 hours. The included software allows you to save and analyze measurement data in tabular or graphical form. Last but not least, you can use the optional wireless quick printer to print directly at the measurement site.

The testo 735-2 temperature meter is practical

The testo 735-2 can give you delta-T, min, max and average values and present them on a backlit display that makes them easier to read in dark environments and poor lighting conditions.

The temperature data logger testo 175 T3 is equipped with two connections for external thermocouple sensors (type T or type K). Advanced measurement techniques. High data security.

You can choose external thermocouple sensors from our wide range and order them together with the data logger. This gives you flexibility and means you can decide exactly what your temperature logger needs to be able to do. The range we offer includes surface sensors, air sensors and dip/insert sensors and wire sensors. The measurement range and accuracy depends on the selected thermocouple sensors. In principle, it is possible to measure from -50 °C to +1000 °C with a suitable sensor.

The temperature logger’s display provides you with a wide range of valuable information including current readings, limit values and exceeded limits display, min/max values and remaining battery power. Since all this information can be read directly on the display, there is no need to start up your computer. In addition to these valuable features, the logger also has a super large data memory that can store up to 1 million measurements and an exceptionally long battery life of up to 3 years. This gives you the freedom to read out measurement data at longer intervals even when measurement cycles are shorter. The AAA batteries included in the delivery can be replaced by the user. You can rely on a high level of data security when using the temperature logger testo 175 T2. Saved measurement data is not lost even if the battery is empty or replaced.

Programming and reading the logger is done via a standard USB connection. Readout is also possible via an SD memory card, directly at the measurement site without dismantling the logger.

Programming the logger and analyzing the measurement data

Choose one of three software versions to program or read out your logger or to analyze the measurement data you have transferred to your computer:

• The ComSoft Basic software – available for free download – allows you to program your logger and analyze the measurement data quickly and easily.
• The optional ComSoft Professional software gives you additional possibilities and a more detailed analysis of the measurement values.
• ComSoft CFR 21 Part 11 software – optional – ideal for the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical sector in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11.

The Celsicom TC602 data logger has a compact and durable housing with 2 inputs for external thermocouple sensors of type T or K. The measured values are automatically transferred via the mobile network to the Celsiview cloud service, where you can follow the measurements in real time, receive alarms if something deviates and create reports – no matter where you are. Examples of applications include remote monitoring of differential temperatures between inlet and outlet in heating systems, monitoring of cooling processes and more. For remote monitoring of concrete temperature and strength, we recommend model TC603, which has a waterproof enclosure and an internal temperature sensor. All loggers in the new Celsicom generation have a direct, secure transfer of data to the cloud without detouring around a base station or gateway. The data traffic is sent on a licensed frequency exclusively for NB-IoT on Telia’s existing mobile network. Coverage is excellent and the risk of interference is virtually zero.

Easy to get started

After scanning the QR code on your first logger, a window will open on your phone where you can create a new cloud service account. testo 835-T2 is a special model of the 835 series adapted for high temperature measurements up to 1,500 °C. Like the other models in the series, it can combine non-contact IR temperature measurement and measurement with standard thermocouple sensors for e.g. insertion measurements. Incidentally, it shares all the important features with the other instruments in the series, such as the ability to measure small areas at great distances, e.g., in the form of a single point. 10 cm at a distance of 5 m. In addition, four laser points show exactly where you are measuring. Furthermore, it can store a large number of measurement results under freely selectable site names, which you can then transfer to your computer for further analysis or documentation.

The testo 835-T2 can also be used to log measurement values when connected to a PC via USB cable, thanks to the testo EasyClimate software. The figure below shows curves of IR temperature values and temperature values from a connected type K thermocouple sensor.
